Progress and Microsoft Integration Tools


The Syteview Data Publishing Toolsets are a collection of tools, services and templates that give you the ability to work with your Progress ERP data live in a Microsoft database using the latest Microsoft technologies. Automatically replicate changes from your Progress database to a Microsoft SQL Server, or setup bi-directional links and work with your data live in either database.

Flexible replication options allow you to replicate only the data you choose, while a multi-layered access control architecture built on Windows Authentication Services allows only the users and groups that you choose to access your data.

Our Web Templates Collection provides over 75 web page and report templates that you can use to build your own data-enabled applications. Our templates allow you to give your customers, vendors and end-users access to their data securely via their web browser.   [Demo]

Syteview's use of Microsoft Internet Explorer, HTML and Javascript allows you to easily customize the display of your data and to easily integrate it with other Microsoft products.  Our goal is to integrate your ERP data with the full line of Microsoft business products.


What's New in Syteview Version 2

SyteLinks Update - SQL Server not required  (07-16-2005)
Our latest SyteLinks program no longer requires Microsoft SQL Server.  You can now create real-time data collection and data distribution networks without the expense of adding an SQL Server.


XML Reports - Beta 1    (03-22-2005)
The first SyteReports beta program has concluded. A second round of testing is scheduled to begin in mid April. For this second round of testing native support for XSD format output will be added and the user interface will be modified to more tightly integrate with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.


SyteLinks have arrived    (10-23-2004)
Transparently replicate data transactions between Progress, MS SQL Server and MS Access databases. Replicate data transactions to multiple destinations, including Excel spreadsheets and Access databases.   Set up simple, secure off-site data replication links, or create internet connected data entry web pages.  Integrated with SyteFTP and Windows Scheduler for simple, secure programmable links over the internet.


New and Expanded Customer Extranet    (08-12-2004)
Syteview's Customer Extranet templates have been extended to give your customers many new features.  Access to their Customer Orders, Invoices, Accounting Information and real-time links to their shipping information at UPS, Fed-Ex and many trucking companies' web sites are just a few of the new features.
